Do you work with organizations that are not in the energy sector?

Yes! The energy transition applies to everyone, which includes consumers of energy, not just the energy miners/generators, transporters, and utilities. Transportation, manufacturing, heavy industry, retail, data centers, automotive – all of these industries and more, including the financial services organizations that serve them, are impacted by the energy transition and can benefit from a Decision Making Lab set in that context.

Can the Decision Making Lab be customized?

Yes! In fact, every DML is customized. Three levels of customization are possible:

Standard: Our team works with you to calibrate the DML to your company’s needs. What disruption(s) does your team need to practice responding to? What are the strategic challenges your team is facing right now?

Prior to executing the DML, we work through these questions with you to make sure the DML addresses your unique needs. These calibrations are included in the price of the DML.
Deluxe: If your company requires more extensive customizations, such as a larger number of companies or additional geographic regions in the simulation, we can adapt the DML to accommodate your needs for a fee.
Bespoke: Although we believe the energy transition is relevant for nearly all organizations, there are teams operating in fast-evolving contexts that have nothing to do with the response to climate change. The Decision Making Lab is fully customizable to almost any industry context.
