The Tilt Global™ Decision Making Lab (DML)

Our Decision Making Lab prepares executive teams to pilot their organizations with clear vision and confidence, even when the path ahead is uncertain. We tailor it to the needs and challenges of each client we serve.

Participants gain the confidence to act in the face of uncertainty and the humility to change course to adapt to new realities.

The DML, built around a software-supported immersive experience, is an intensive program for cohorts of leaders. It is based on a methodology that has been refined over the past 30 years with enterprise teams and graduate business school programs.

A Swiss-army knife, a symbol of a multi-purpose tool

The Decision Making Lab comprises three modules:

Simulator Prep

Like pilots studying flight plans and conditions, participants examine how to assess internal and external factors. Teams learn tools and frameworks needed to make sound decisions while navigating complex, shifting ‘weather’ in the business landscape.

The Simulator

Next, teams test their skills running through scenarios that mimic the unpredictable pressures of real-world decisions. Just as pilots practice flying in all kinds of conditions, teams work through realistic exercises to strengthen agility and decision-making instincts.

Taking Flight

Now teams apply their enhanced skills and awareness to solve actual problems and make strategic decisions in their own business. Facing challenges and addressing their own network of competitors, customers, suppliers, and regulators, teams can steer their companies forward amid long-term uncertainty.

We are keen to help you meet your strategic goals.

If the full Decision Making Lab sounds interesting, then let us show you how we can customize the DML for your enterprise with a 1/2 Day DML Scoping Workshop. The focus of this initial session will be to guide us in tailoring the DML to your needs:
  • Framing your business situation
  • Application of Tilt Global frameworks to identify contextual influences and their interaction
  • Identifying sources of resistance to change and strategies to address them
